Restaurants & Lounges
In Restaurante, the chef prepares recipes passed down from generation to
generation and created with local products. Many of the recipes are
created around eggs because the whites were once used for the
clarification of wine at the vinery and the yolks were often used for well-known
desserts, such as ambrosia, puddings, and regional pies.
Wine Spa
Our Winespa, is located in one of the most important wine-producing
regions of Argentina. The main objective is "to promote relaxation, health,
pleasure, and rejuvenation applying body and facial treatments, based on
the culture and traditional wealth of Calchaquíes Valleys."
At Winespa, we use the benefits of the grape to reach all of the senses.
The enhancing properties of the Andean cereal, "quinoa," together with the
typical products of the Valley, such as the carob tree, the cactus, and
molle, are united with the skin of the grape to revive the ancestral
treatments of the old Calchaquí culture.
We have prepared a variety of treatment options including humid treatments,
body treatments, massages, and facial treatments.
